At Concord Aerospace, we stand by the quality of our flight-ready fashion; if your gear isn't the perfect fit for your next mission, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all mission tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Secure the Cargo

  Place your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our ground crew inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
